Tides homeowner since 2005. Focused on long-range planning for the marina and keeping dues predictable.

Vice President

Leads the Architectural Review Committee and the annual grounds walk-through.

Diane Whitfield

Treasurer

CPA by trade. Publishes the budget summary every January and answers every finance question at open forum.

Tom Baker

Secretary

Keeps the minutes, the records, and the community calendar in impeccable order.

Susan Alvarez-Gray

Member at Large — Marina

Liaison for slip holders and the waitlist; coordinates dock maintenance and inspections.

Kevin Patel

Member at Large — Amenities

Oversees the pool and clubhouse, from key cards to the summer social calendar.

Committees & meetings

The board meets the second Tuesday of every month at the clubhouse, with open forum at the start of each meeting. The annual meeting and board election are held each spring.

Open Books

Budgets, financial statements, and the reserve study are published to the residents area every year, without exception.

Published Minutes

Minutes from every board meeting are posted within two weeks of approval so no resident has to wonder what was decided.

Fair Process

Architectural requests receive written responses within 30 days, and every enforcement action follows the published due-process policy.
