The Tides marina is the working heart of the neighborhood — a private facility reserved exclusively for residents. From your slip, Masonboro Sound, Wrightsville Beach, and the Atlantic are a short cruise down the waterway.

Tides on the waterway run roughly four feet. Check NOAA tide tables for Masonboro Inlet before heading out — shallow-draft awareness keeps props and pride intact.
